1/2 Bunch celery
1 onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1 green pepper
1 carrot
blend till fine in food processor - place in saute pan with little melted butter add the following seasoning
1/2 T marjoram Leaf
1T basil
1/2 T cayenne pepper
1/2 T black pepper
1/2 T course kosher salt
1 T heaping minced garlic
Cook on med-high for a few minutes to blend. Add to stock.

4 Qts chicken broth
1 1/2 qts Heavy Cream
1/4 C sugar
3 lbs 3 oz tomato slices

Add veg/seas mix to stock. Then make roux to thicken soup. In a pan heat 13 oz butter over med heat and slowly mix in 13 oz of flour. Pour into soup that is close to a boil.
