For one portion (6-8 people)

16 Ounces of Ziti Noodles (one box)
1 Cup of Milk
1 Cup of Water
1 Tablespoon of Butter
1 Tablespoon of Ground Mustard Powder
2 Eggs
3 Cups Mild Cheddar Cheese
3 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese


1. Boil Ziti noodles until near ready to eat- not overdone
2. Drain Noodles
3. In a large bowl, Mix Noodles, Eggs and Butter until well mixed
4. Add 2 cups of mild cheddar and 2 cups of sharp cheddar, mix well
5. Move mixed noodles to a flat baking pan (casserole dish type pan)
6. Add milk over noodles
7. Sprinkle mustard powered evenly across top of noodles in pan
8. Add water over noodles
9. Add remaining cheese (2 cups mixed) over top of noodles
10. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
11. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes
12. Serve hot/warm
