2-1/2 cups dry cut up bread
4 cups hot milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons melted margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup raisins
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Add cut up bread to hot milk; cool. Combine sugar, eggs, margarine, salt, vanilla, raisins, nutmeg and cinnamon with bread mixture. Pour into buttered baking dish (9x9). Place dish in pan of hot water. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
