1 1/2 c. Real Pumpkin (canned) pureed and mashed
3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 t. Salt
1/2-1 t. Ginger (ground)
1/2 t. Nutmeg (ground)
1-1 1/2 t. Cinnamon (ground)
1/2 t. Cloves (ground)
3 Eggs (beaten)
1 1/4 c. Milk
16 oz. Evaporated Milk
1 9" Unbaked Deep Dish Pastry Shell

Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, and all spices. Blend in beaten eggs, milk, and evaporated milk. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at
400 for 50 minutes. Let stand to cool. Enjoy!
