6 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of pepper
2 (10 oz.) cans cheddar cheese soup
1 cup milk
2 T. flour
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles, drained
1/2 cup or more grated Longhorn cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in buttered 9x13 pan. Mix together cheese soup, seasonings, chiles and milk. Pour over potatoes, adding more milk if necessary to cover potatoes. Bake 375º for 1 1/2 hr. Add grated cheese the last 20 minutes.

Note: Wrapped in foil, then paper, this stays hot for hours.
