6-8 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
3 T. yeast
2 cups milk
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine 1 cup flour, sugar, salt, yeast.
Heat milk, water & butter to 120 degrees. (butter need not melt)
Add milk to flour mixture, beat 2 minutes.
Add 1 cup flour. Beat 2 minutes.
Graduallty add enough flour to make soft dough.
Turn out on lightly floured surface. Knead 5 minutes.
Place dough in bowl, put bowl in 98 degree water.
Let rise 15 minutes. Roll dough into rectangle.
Spread with 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 3 Tbls. cinnamon. Roll up length-wise. Cut 1 inch thick. Place on lightly greased pan. Let rise 15 minutes. Bake at 425 º for 15 minutes. Frost while hot. Enjoy! Don't put too many on your pan becasue these will get really big. Maybe 6 - 8 per pan.
