2 cups flour
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz whipped topping, thawed
1 or 2 large cans cherry or blueberry pie filling (flavor of your choice) or fresh fruit

Mix together flour, nuts and brown sugar. Press into 9X13 pan. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes, until light brown. Break up crust with fork. Set aside to cool. Cream together powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping and pour into crust. Refrigerate until served. Top with pie filling or fresh fruit before serving. Can be made a day ahead.
