Ingredients:  
1 8 oz. pkg. dates, cut fine
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup nuts, ground
1/4 cup water
2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
3/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook above ingredients over low fire until thick, stirring frequently to keep from sticking or burning.
Remove from fire and stir in Rice Krispies.
Form into small balls and roll in powdered sugar or flaked coconut.
Store when cool in tight container.
Well keep approximately 2 weeks.
