4 LB Rump roast
1 Can (Big One) Beef stock

1 Teaspoon Marjoriam
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1Teaspoon Westeshire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Hot sauce
2 Green Peppers
1 large onion

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the roast a day before the event, in the Beef Stock @ 350 for about 2-2 1/2 hours. Let cool, then slice, and put back into the drippings. Add the Marjoram, Thyme, Oregano, Westeshire sauce, and hot sauce to the pan of beef and drippings. Put in refrigerator overnight.

The next day, cut up green pepper, and onion. Saute these together until soft. Add to Beef mixture.

Just before the event, heat up the beef, then serve on rolls of your choice.
