4 eggs
1 cup salad oil
2 cups sugar
1 can pumpkin (2 cups)
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup nuts (optional)

Beat eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin in large bowl with mixer. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Put in large greased (or sprayed with Pam) cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Mix and beat:
1 3 oz. package cream cheese, softened
3/4 stick of butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk
2 cups powdered sugar
