Bran Muffins Recipe

2 cups boiling water
2 cups Nabisco Bran
1 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
5 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking powder
1 qt. buttermilk
4 cups Kellogg All-Bran

Mix 2 cup boiling water with 2 cup Nabisco Bran and let cool. Cream 1 cup margarine with 1cup sugar. Add 4 eggs (one at a time).
Sift: 5 cup flour, 1 tsp salt, 5 tsp. baking powder.
Alternating: add the above ingredients and 1 qt. buttermilk. Add cooled Bran mix. Add 4 cup Kellogg All-Bran. Bake 15-18 minutes at 400

This mixture may be stored in refrig for 2 weeks.
