1 15 oz can of black beans
½ cup red onion
2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Drain beans. Put beans, onion, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, cumin and cayenne pepper in mixing bowl. Mix well and chill. Before serving, sprinkle with feta cheese and cilantro. Mix well. Serve with tortilla chips. Keep refrigerated.
