2 cups sugar
1 stick margarine or butter
1/2 cup lowfat milk
1/3 cup baking cocoa
3 cups Quaker oats, uncooked (quick or old fashioned)

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, combine sugar, margarine, milk and cocoa. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in oats. (If using old fashioned oats, cool mixture in saucepan for 5 minutes) Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper. Let stand until firm. Store tightly covered. Makes 3 dozen delicious cookies.
