2 medium zucchini
1 medium green pepper
1 medium red pepper
2-3 T vegetable oil
2 cups fresh or frozen corn
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice zucchini and peppers. In large skillet, saute zucchini and peppers in vegetable oil until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in corn, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Cook 3 to 4 more minutes, until corn is tender. 10 servings.
