4 cups ripe banana, cut fine
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream the banana, eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla until smooth.
2. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, blending just until all ingredients are moistened. Do not over mix.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes in a 9" by 13" pan.
