1 sm. head cabbage
2 lbs. ground pork
3/4 c. rice
1 onion, grated
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. pepper
2 tbsp. salt
1 egg
1-2 cloves garlic, grated
1 sm. can tomato paste or sauce or tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place cabbage in large pot of boiling water. (Don't overcook.) Cook until only slightly tender. Mix all ingredients except tomato paste and place a scoop of meat onto center of cabbage leaf and roll up. Line pot with extra cabbage leaves. Place holupki into pot. Cover with tomato paste and enough water to cover. Cook 2 hours at low temperature. (Don't boil them or they will fall apart.)
