Batter:
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 egg

Topping:
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. firm butter or margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Mix batter ingredients and pour into a greased 9-inch round cake pan. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle on top of batter. Bake in a 375º oven for 25-30 minutes.
