1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 regular sized bag Doritos
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1 small head of lettuce, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain. Add taco seasoning and let cook on low for 10 minutes, stirring often.

Crush the bag of Doritos and add to the ground beef mixture. Let sit on low in saucepan. Combine stewed tomatoes and Velveeta and heat until melted and creamy.

Take shredded lettuce and arrange in bottom of wide salad bowl. Add the beef mixture, and then pour cheese sauce over. Let sit for a few minutes and serve.
