2 lbs. tenderized round steak
1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/3+ cup oil
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into serving size. Salt, pepper and flour. Put oil in fry pan and heat to frying. Put steaks in oil and brown. Take out steaks.
Stir and sprinkle a little flour in grease, and brown. Do not have to hot or it will burn. Pour (about 1 cup) water into browned flour and stir. Put steaks back in. Put lid over pan and turn heat to low. Simmer until tender. You may need to add a little water while simmering. Stir frequently.
