2 c. yogurt, plain
3 cloves garlic
1 T. grated gingeroot
2 T. onion
2 T. lemon or lime juice
1/2 tspn. each: ground coriander and ground cumin
1/4 c. frozen, unsweetened apple juice concentrate
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tspn. Hungarian paprika
few drops hot sauce
4 1/2 - 5 lb. turkey breast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except turkey) together. Add turkey and mixture in a plastic bag and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.

Remove turkey breast from bag and place on rack in roasting pan. Roast at 325º for 12-15 minutes per pound or when thermometer reads 165º.
