4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
4 tsp cocoa
1 tsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 whole egg and 3 egg yellows with sugar and flour (that have been blended together.) Boil 1 cup of water: Add cocoa and mix into dry ingredients . Add lump of butter. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until thickened. Pour into cooked pie crust, top with meringue and brown at 450º for 6 to 8 minutes.

Meringue: Beat egg whites until thickened: mix 9 tbsp of sugar in and beat at top speed until sugar is dissolved. (Taste to see if it's grainy)
