2 medium yellow squash
1 medium can Italian style stewed tomatoes
2 Tbsp sugar
3 - 4 Tbsp flour
garlic salt to taste
onion salt to taste
paprika to taste
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice squash into 1/4" thick slices and boil for 5 minutes or until tender. In separate saucepan, simmer tomatoes with sugar and flour.

Grease a 9 x 9" dish. Layer 1/2 of the squash, then 1/2 of the tomato mixture, then season with the spices to taste. Repeat layers. Top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
