2-8 oz. pkgs. softened cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans (save 1/2 c. for garnish)
3/4 c. green pepper, diced (red and green for festive)
1 medium onion, diced fine
1 tsp. seasoning salt
3 packs splenda or 4 tsp. sugar

Mix well. If you want it softer, add a small amount of the pineapple juice. Top with nuts and strips of green and or red peppers. Serve cold with chips, crackers or raw veggies. Note: To increase size, add 1/2 pint sour cream.
