Crunch Topping:
3/4c. oats
1/3c. brown sugar
2 tbl. butter
2 tbl. chopped nuts (of your choice)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cake mix:
1/2c. butter
2/3c. brown sugar
1c. mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1c. ground oat flour
3/4c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make the cake mix first and pour into the 8x8" pan. Then, make the topping and sprinkle over the cake mix. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
