Unbaked 9" pie shell

Filling:
4c. granny smith apples
1 egg
1c. sour cream
2 tbl. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Topping:
1/2c. brown sugar
1/3c. flour
1/2c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add pie filling to the pie shell. Bake this for 30 minutes or until the apples are tender. Take the pie out, sprinkle the topping onto the pie. Reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake 15 more minutes. Enjoy!
