1 prebaked 9 inch pie crust
4 oz sliced mushrooms
1 small zucchini, diced
1 cup diced broccoli
1/4 cup diced onion
6 oz cojack cheese
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 350. Saute vegetables in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Grate cheese into large bowl. Add beaten eggs, dill weed, garlic powder and pepper. Stir in sauteed vegetables. Pour into pie crust. Bake for about 30 minutes.
