1 cup water
2 3/4 cups bread flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bread machine and process on dough cycle.

Remove from pan and place dough in greased bowl, turning to coat all sides. Cover and let rise in warm place about 30 minutes until double.

Grease large cookie sheet. Divide dough in half. Roll out each piece of dough into rectangle and roll up into long, narrow loaf.

Place loaves on cookie sheet. Make 3-4 diagonal slashes across the top of loaves with sharp knife. Cover and let rise until double, about 30-40 minutes.

Heat oven to 375º. Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 Tbsp. water. Brush on tops of loaves and bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or cool on wire rack.
