1/2 c. picante sauce
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
additional picante sauce for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1/2 cup picante sauce into a lightly greased 9" quiche dish or pieplate; sprinkle cheeses over sauce.

Place eggs in medium bowl; whisk til blended. Add sour cream and whisk til well blended. Pour egg mixture slowly over cheeses. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Serve the omelet with additional picante sauce. Yield: 6 servings.
