1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, blend together butter and sugar until very creamy and light in color. Add eggs and beat again until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla.

Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Slowly add to wet mixture. Mixture should be thick, not runny.

Add blueberries. Put in pudding bag, leaving enough room for the pudding to expand and tie tightly.

Place in boiling water or with jigs dinner for 1 hr.
