1 lb. Shrimp
2 cups chicken stock
1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 cups brown rice or orzo pasta
2 tsp. basil dried
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp, butter
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large nonstick skillet bring chicken stock to boil. Add tomatoes (undrained) and rice/pasta. Reduce to simmer for 8-10 minutes. Add Shrimp, basil, garlic and black pepper. Simmer until shrimp are cooked about 5-6 minutes. Stir in butter.
