1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of flour
1 Tb garlic powder
2 tsp onion salt
4 cups of milk (whole or 2% milk only)
1/4 lb of swiss cheese
3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
linguine pasta or angel hair pasta

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, melt butter. Remove pan from the heat and add flour. Mix until you have a paste like consistency. Add garlic powder and onion salt, stirring well. Slowly add small amounts of the milk to blend mixture well (away from heat). Put back on medium heat, stirring often. Stir until it comes to a slow, rolling boil. Once it boils, it becomes thick. Add swiss cheese and grated cheese at this time, stirring until it comes to another boil. If it's too thick, add small amounts of milk until you get your desired consistency. Taste and add regular salt if needed. Serve over linguine noodles or angel hair pasta.
