1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c breadcrumbs
1/2 envelope Shake & Bake Sweet & Sour Mix
Small can crushed pineapple
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375.

Mix meat, shake 'n bake, breadcrumbs and egg. Form into balls and shake in 1/2 remaining shake 'n bake in envelope.

Arrange meatballs and pineapple in 13x9 inch baking dish and sprinkle remaining mix over meatballs and pineapple.

Bake for 25-30 min or until done.
