4-6 strips of bacon - chopped
1 cup onion - chopped
16 oz can diced tomatoes
10 pkg frozen sliced okra
1 cup long grain rice
1 lb shrimp
1 1/2 cup water
salt, pepper, dash of Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon, onion and tomatoes until tender.
Add all ingredients except shrimp and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook until pink.
