500g thinly sliced beef or chicken
Baby corn
Carrots (julienne)
Sugar snap peas
- 1 cup beef stock
1- 2 table spoons soy sauce
bottle of oyster sauce
bottle of hoi sin sauce
1 pack of thick hokkien noodles

Blanch vegetables
Fry beef/chicken in wok
Soak hokkien noodles in hot water until soft
Add beef/chicken, vegetables and hokkien noodles together into wok.
Add beef stock gradually and stir in
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and hoi sin sauce and stir in.
