1 Loaf french bread
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup softened butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread into 1 1/2 " slices.
Combine milk, eggs & vanilla and pour onto a jelly roll pan.
Place bread slices on top, saturate, then turn over making sure the bread absorbs all the milk.
Butter a second jelly roll pan, using the 1/2 cup soft butter.. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over buttered surface.
Place soaked bread slices on brown sugar mixture.
May cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
