1 pkg. white cake mix
1&1/4 c rolled oats
1/2 c butter or margarine
1 egg
21 oz can pie filling-cherry
1/2 c nuts optional
1/4 c brown sugar
Any flavor pie filling is fine if not cherry

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 9x13 pan
Mix together cake mix,6 T butter and 1 c rolled oats. Mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 c of mix for topping. Add 1 egg to mix till blended. Press mix into pan and spread. Put pie filling on layer of mix. Add 1/4 c oats, 2 T butter, nuts, & brown sugar to 1 c of topping. Sprinkle over top.
Bake 30-40 min at 350.
