4 eggs
4 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 1/2 cups milk
1 loaf whole grain bread
2 cups blueberries (or more if desired)
cinnamon

Directions:
Beat eggs, add next three ingredients blending well. Lightly grease 9"x13" pan. Dip bread in above mixture and layer in greased baking dish, add some blueberries, sprinkle with cinnamon, layer with dipped bread add blueberries sprinkle with cinnamon and so on until you reach the top of the pan or run out of bread and egg mixture. Chill in refrigerator over night. in the morning top with more blueberries and add streusel topping over the blueberries. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes in 375 degree.
