4 Pork Chops
3C soft bread cubes
2 tsp chopped onion
1/4C melted butter
1/4C water
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/3C water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 4 pork chops on both sides in oven proof skillet; pour off drippings. Mix 3 cups soft bread cubes, 2 teaspoon chopped onion, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on each pork chop. Blend 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup water; pour over pork chop and stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
