2 avocados, pureed, (optional)
16 ounces sour cream
1 1/2 pounds ground beef or turkey
1 package taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
1 bottle picante sauce
1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 - 3 fresh tomatoes, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix avocados and 4 ounces sour cream to make guacamole, and set aside. Brown meat and drain. Add seasoning mix. In a 9x13 baking dish, layer meat, guacamole, beans, picante sauce, sour cream, cheese, and tomatoes. Bake at 350º for 1/2 hour. Serve with nacho chips.
