1 small onion finely diced
4-6 Roma tomatoes-chopped
2 avocados-diced
1 can corn (drained) 15 oz.
1 can black beans (drained) 15 oz.
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
3 T. water (as needed)
1 packet Italian dressing mix
minced garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onion, tomato, avocado, corn and black beans-mix.
Stir in oil, vinegar, water, Italian dressing mix and garlic to taste.
Chill until ready.
