1 can refried beans
1 small can diced green chilis
2 green onions sliced
1 cup sharp cheese

In medium saucepan, heat cream cheese, refried beans and chilis over med-low heat until smooth and hot. Remove from heat. Stir in green onions and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.

This dip is very quick and easy to make. You can substitute reduced fat or fat-free cheese and/or refried beans without sacrificing taste. It is a great alternative when Ali is not at my house to make walking taco dip!
