1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 to 3 mashed bananas
1/2 tsp. soda
5 tsp. sour milk (or milk mixed with 1 TB vinegar)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. orange juice concentrate
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugars, shortening and eggs then add bananas and soda in the sour milk. Sift flour and baking powder and salt together, then add to the batter little by little. Add vanilla and chopped nuts; mix well. Bake in greased pans 45-50 minutes at 360º.
