4 cups rolled oats
1 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. dehydrated apples or other fruit (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300ºF. In a bowl, mix oats, almonds, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. In a saucepan, warm the honey and oil and stir in vanilla. Carefully pour liquid over oat mixture and gently stir. Spread granola on a jelly roll pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
*Add raisins and apples during the last 5 minutes of baking. Transfer pan to a rack and cool. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
