1 can Blackeyed peas
1 can black beans
1 can shu peg corn
1 jar pimentos
1 jar jalepeno wheels
1 medium red onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. olive oil
1/2 apple cider vinegar
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peas, beans, corn, pimentos, jalepeno wheels, onion, and celery and rinse with water. In separate bowl mix olive oil, vinegar, and sugar. Lightly heat olive oil mixture to dissolve sugar and add to bean mixture. Serve cold with corn chips (we recommend blue corn chips).
