24 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
fresh fruit, glaze, or pie filling of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until softened. Add eggs, sugar, salt, and almond extract. Beat until smooth, thick, and lemon colored. Pour into buttered 8" or 9" spring form cake pan. Bake at 325º for 45-50 mins. or until set. Remove from oven and cool on a rack for 20 mins. Mix 2 tbsp. sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Pour over cake. Return to oven and bake additional 10 mins. at 325º. Cool and chill. Serve with fruit glaze.
