1 ring of kielbasa
1 can of beer
1 c. brown sugar
(1/2 c. honey, if desired)

Directions:
Mix beer, brown sugar, (and optional honey) together and cook until slightly thickened. Cut up kielbasa in slices (the slices will seem large but they shrink while cooking). Add to beer mixture and cook till mixture is thickened a bit more and kielbasa is smaller. Serve in a pre-heated bowl, if possible, with toothpicks on the side.

Hint: Be careful not to over-cook the kielbasa. I usually double this recipe and it's still gone in a matter of minutes.
