1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 tsp salt
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine egg, milk, cheese, oats and salt in a large bowl.
3. Add ground beef and mix well.
4. Form mixture into 8 miniature loaves and place in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.
5. Mix ketchup, mustard and brown sugar in a small bowl. Stir well and spread on top of each meatloaf.
6. Bake, uncovered, for 45 min.

I often double the recipe and freeze half the batch after cooking them. A family favorite!
