1 ½ lb ground beef
2 T ground parsley
1 tsp baking powder
1/2c uncooked rice
1/4c milk or water
1 T onion, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans Tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except tomato soup. Form 8 or 9 meat balls. Put in a small roaster pan. Pour tomato soup over balls adding 2 cans of water. Bake covered for 35 minutes in a 400 F (200C)oven, uncover and back another 35 minutes.
