Spaghetti Pie Recipe

1 tablespoon unsalted butter
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
4 cups mozzarella
12 oz hot sappressata sausage, cut in 1/4 inch, dice
1 cup pecorino Romano grated cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon dried parsley
salt and pepper
8 cups cooked spaghetti

1. Heat oven to 375

2. Butter 10" x 3" round cake pan, line bottom with parchment paper

3. In a large bowl combine eggs, mozzarella, soppressata, romano, cream, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.

4. Add spaghetti and stir to combine pour mixture into prepared pan and cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes

5. Remove foil bake until lightly browned and crisp. Additional 20 minutes

6. Run a knife around edge and unmold removing parchment paper

7. Invert and cut into wedges.
