1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup oil
2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
London Broil 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick.

(1) In a large shallow baking dish (or zip lock bag), make marinade. Mix together all ingredients. Place meat in the marinade. Let stand for 1 hour @ room temp or up to 24 hours in refrigerator. Turning meat several times.
(2) Remove meat from marinade. Reserve liquid. Grill meat over medium hot coals for 7-8 minutes on 1 side and 10-20 minutes on the other side.
(3) Heat reserved marinade in a small saucepan. Spoon over meat.
